The cornerstones of our company’s philosophy are: Team spirit; top-of-the-line craftsmen (who take pride in their work); integrity; good work ethics; and a positive attitude.

After discussing what they want in their dream home, I like to give suggestions and options to help them improve their “dream wants.” With some guidance, I give them what they want at the best price possible!

And what do my clients want?

They want honesty and integrity from their contractor! Mickle’s open books and records show all the costs involved in the customer’s project. I want my clients to know when, where and how their money is being spent, which helps them to always be aware of their budget.

They want a builder and his highly-skilled crews to construct their home in a meticulous manner “as if” they were building it for themselves. And here is where “team spirit,” “pride in their work,” “good work ethics” and “positive attitudes” converge together with one common focused goal: to build a quality home at the best price possible.

They want a contractor who builds their house in a timely manner, and who communicates with them on a regular basis about their home’s progress. I strive to assist my clients in decisions throughout the building process in order to make it a pleasurable experience for them.

What I want is to see the joyful look on my clients’ faces during our final walk through when they realize that their dream is a reality.

My clients can expect the “team spirit” from me and my team as we go through the building process together. With some guidance, I give them what they want at the best price possible.

"Les listened to our ‘wish list’ and made many suggestions on ways we could save money without sacrificing the things we really wanted. If we wanted to make changes, he would always say, “It’s your dream home; we’ll do whatever you want." Teresa & Gene Allen
